1. Will the hair fibres work if I'm completely bald?

While our hair fibres are designed to provide additional coverage for thinning hair, they may not be effective for those who are completely bald with a bald patch more than 2cm in diameter, as there would not be any hair for the fibres to cling on to. We recommend consulting with a hair specialist to find other suitable solutions for baldness.

2. Will the hair fibres look completely undetectable?

Absolutely. Our hair fibres have been designed to blend seamlessly with your natural hair, creating a fuller and thicker look. They are made of keratin, the same protein found in human hair, making them look completely natural.

3. Can I use other hair products together with the hair fibres or the hair spray?

While you can use other hair products with our hair fibres and hair spray, we cannot guarantee the results of using them together.

4. I have curly hair. Will the hair fibres suit my hair type?

Yes, our hair fibres work with any hair type, including curly hair.

5. Can I still comb my hair after applying the hair fibres and setting them with the hydrate and hold spray?

We recommend styling your hair before or while applying the hair fibres, as the spray helps hold your hair in place. Avoid combing your hair after setting the hair fibres with the hydrate and hold spray. If you need to restyle your hair, you can use a styling product that provides a stronger hold.

6. Will daily use damage my natural hair or irritate my scalp?

No, daily use of our hair fibres and hydrate and hold spray will not damage your natural hair or irritate your scalp. In fact, the hydrate and hold spray contains plant extracts that nourish and benefit your hair and scalp. However, as with any cosmetic product, there is a slight chance of experiencing an allergic reaction. If you experience irritation, discontinue use.

7. How do I apply the hair fibres?

To apply the hair fibres, dry and comb your hair, then hold the hair fibre bottle at a 45-degree angle close to your head and shake the hair fibres over the desired areas. Lightly shake over the areas until they are completely covered. Gently pat your hair to distribute the fibres and even them out. Finally, set the fibres with our hydrate and hold spray.

8. The hair fibres look so natural. Are these actually made of natural hair?

No, our hair fibres are not made of real hair. They are made of keratin, the protein found in human hair, which makes them look completely natural when added to your hair.

9. How do I use the hydrate and hold spray?

After applying the hair fibres, set them in place with our hydrate and hold spray. This will keep the hair fibres in place.

10. Will sweat remove the hair fibres?

No, sweat will not remove the hair fibres as long as you have set them with the hydrate and hold spray.

11, Can rain or wind remove the hair fibres?

No, rain or wind will not remove the hair fibres as long as you have set them with our hydrate and hold spray. The hair fibres are resistant to light rain, light wind, and perspiration, and they won't stain your scalp but of course, if your your hair is fully soak, expect some fibres to come out.

12. How do I remove the hair fibres from my hair?

You can simply wash the hair fibres away with your regular shampoo and water.

13. How long will the hair fibres stay in place after application?

The hair fibres will remain in place until you wash your hair. Our product is designed to provide long-lasting coverage that won't fall off during your daily activities.

14. Are the hair fibres and hydrate and hold spray safe for use on chemically treated or colored hair?

Yes, both products are safe for use on chemically treated or colored hair. Our hair fibres come in six different shades to perfectly match your hair color.

15. Will the hair fibres stay in place while swimming?

No, the hair fibres may come off once you submerge your head in water.

16. Can I place an order from outside of Australia?

We currently only offer our services within Australia. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we hope to expand our reach in the future.

While our products are made of natural ingredients, we recommend that pregnant or lactating women consult with their healthcare provider before using any new product.

No, at the moment we only offer these products as a package. We recommend using them together to achieve the best results. If you need more hair fibres, we offer product refills.

20. Oops, I seem to have misplaced my applicator! Can I purchase a replacement separately? 

We're sorry to hear that you've misplaced your applicator. Unfortunately, at the moment, we do not offer the applicator as a separate purchase. However, we'd be happy to help you purchase a new kit which includes the applicator.
